If you can't return it by 11am next day it needs to be back by 6pm same day to be considered a one (Qty 1) day rental. So plan accordingly.

FOR EXAMPLE Holiday Falls on a Monday

I pickup the bike Friday at 11am and Returning Tuesday by 11am. That would be considered Qty 4 rentals =$400 plus hst

I pickup the bike Friday at 11am and Returning Sunday by 11am. That would be considered Qty 2 rentals =$200 plus hst

I pickup the bike Friday at 11am and Returning Saturday by 11am. That would be considered Qty 1 rental =$100 plus hst

How it Works

You can rent this bike for $100/day + hst. 24hour period 11am to 11am next day. Plus admin fees if applicable. $50 per hour late fee if not back by 11am the next day. This will be deducted from you deposit.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a bike. Have a valid Drivers license and credit card

A “day” is from 11am same day to 11am next Day Qty1

If you pick up the bike one day and returned it the next by 11am it is considered a 1-day rental, regardless of the pick-up time.

Your rental includes a bottle cage.

You are required to sign a waiver, releasing liability.

Rental bikes are not insured, and you are responsible for the bike while it is in your care against theft or damage. For your protection you should not leave the bike alone. You should always Ride with a proper fitting Bicycle helmet. If you don't have one purchase one for your safety.

If bike comes back Damaged *YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE* You will Buy the Bicycle or Pay for the Damage. If the frame is damaged, cracked, dented or scratched in anyway you are responsible for the Full Purchase amount of the Bicycle. $6000.00 plus hst.

If Bicycle comes back dirty a $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Do not Power wash or apply water to any part of this bicycle. If water is applied to this bicyle you are responsible for Full Purchase amount of the Bicycle. $6000.00 plus hst. Flat tires will have a $20 labour fee plus the cost of the tube for each flat deducted from your deposit.

No refunds for days missed due to weather or any other forces beyond the shops control.

A $1000 deposit must be paid either by Cash, or Credit. This will be returned to you when the bike is returned. If paid by Credit Card there is a 3% bank admin fee charged, $30.00, deducted from your refund.

What is included in your rental

Along with your rental bike, the following items are included in the rental fee:

Basic Pedals (Flats). You are required to bring your own clip in pedals at time of rental pickup.
Bottle cage and basic bell
Basic bike sizing, ensuring you are riding the correct size bike, and seat height
